What’s the easiest way to get your protein pancake fix in?? Well with these 3-Ingredient Protein Pancakes of course!!
I’ll especially be needing these 3-Ingredient Protein Pancakes in my life because WE’RE MOVING!!!!!! YESSSSSSS, WE’RE MOVING!!! I know SOOOOO EXCITING!!!
We moved to Redondo Beach, California about two and a half years ago from Arizona and La-La-LOVE it here! We’ve been renting and decided that since we love it soooo freaking much, we never want to leave, so we took the plunge and bought a place!
Isn’t the new place, just so darn cute?? I’m SO in love!
It’s been emotional, crazy, fun, stressful, and exciting all at the same time! Haha, I’ve seriously never felt so many emotions at once in my entire life! All good stuff though, I AM SO EXCITED! With that being said, I’ve been trying my best to keep up with recipes and posts for you guys, so bear with me if you see me slacking a bit 🙂
We’ve been packing up our place here and getting ready to move in to the new place next week! Then once we’re in, we’ll have tons of fixing up to do and that’s when the real fun will take place! I’ll make sure to get pictures for you guys too 🙂
So while all this craziness is goin down, you know I’m still going to need a way to get my protein pancakes in! So, I’ll be sticking with the easiest recipe around…3-Ingredient Protein Pancakes!
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg + 1 Egg White
- ½ Scoop About Time Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- Start by mashing banana in a bowl with a fork. Once mashed, add in egg mixture and mix well. Once mixed well, add in vanilla protein powder and stir until mixed well. Heat griddle or frying pan over low-medium heat. Once warm, spray with cooking spray and pour batter in small circular shapes. After about 4 minutes, or when bottom of pancake is firm or lightly browned, flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes. (Batter will not bubble like a typical pancake, so watch closely!)
- Remove from skillet with spatula and stack protein pancakes on plate. Top with real maple syrup and butter or yogurt spread. Enjoy!
