Since I recently did a product review on the About Time Whey Protein Isolate, I thought this couldn’t be a better time to share a super quick and easy protein shake recipe, a little different any ordinary chocolate shake recipe.
It will literally take you less time to make it than it will for you to read this post. It was so simple, I even had to ask myself…To post or not to post?
Well guys, a lot of times we get so wrapped up in the day and everything that is going on in our lives that we forget, sometimes simple is better! Sometimes we just need something quick and yummy when we’re in a rush or don’t have the time to get super creative.
- 1 Scoop About Time Mocha Mint Whey Protein
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 3/4 Cup Water
- Liquid Stevia (to taste)
**If you don’t have Mocha Mint protein, you can use either vanilla or chocolate and use mint flavored stevia to taste.
Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend! If you want an extra treat, top with chocolate chips and enjoy!
See, you can even make your shake cute and pretty, all in under a minute 🙂
